By registering, accessing or using the MVR Group app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including real estate agents, brokers and other service providers.


2. User Responsibilities

a. Account Registration:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

b. Compliance:

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines related to real estate transactions and the use of this app.

c. Prohibited Activities:

  • Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Misrepresentation of property details or commission structures is strictly prohibited.


3. Property Listings

a. Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the property listings they upload.
b. MVR Group reserves the right to review and remove any listings deemed inappropriate, inaccurate or misleading.


4. Commission Tracking

a. The app provides tools to help agents track their commissions. MVR Group is not responsible for any disputes related to commission payments between agents and their clients.
b. Agents must ensure that commission agreements are documented and honored in accordance with local laws.


5. Intellectual Property

a. All content, trademarks, logo, and other intellectual property within the app belong to MVR Group or its licensors.
b. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing or reproducing any part of the app without prior written permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

a. MVR Group provides the app “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding its functionality, accuracy or reliability.
b. MVR Group is not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the app.


7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, stored and used.


8. Termination of Use

MVR Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.
